Marion Njuki



Marion studied Criminal Justice & Criminology and converted to Law. She specialises in Immigration and Family Law. She worked as a Senior Immigration Caseworker in various firms until she qualified as a Lawyer. She is a devoted and dedicated advocate with wide experience of dealing with different cases especially those involving settlement, asylum claims and interviews, detention, human rights and other aspects of immigration work.

Marion practices in all aspects of Immigration and asylum law. She is committed to assisting clients to achieve justice. Marion has assisted clients who have been detained on numerous occasions with pending Removal Directions and managed to get them bail at the First tier Tribunal, and later challenge their removal by way of Judicial Review at the Upper Tribunal. She also conducted cases at the Court of Appeal for her client.
